The USAFRICOM Lead provides leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to the AFRICOM portfolio within the Web Support Program. Assigns tasks to contractor personnel, supervises on-going technical efforts, and manages overall performance of the USAFRICOM portfolio within the program.
1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
2. A Masters' degree or the equivalent of education, training, and work/military experience is preferred.
10-12 years of related experience, including recent (within the past 5 years) experience providing or coordinating content and/or engaging with foreign audiences to counter violent extremism. Familiarity with cultures of the target region is required. Familiarity with Combatant Command operational environments is preferred.
