  • Job Description

    Located in Tampa, FL, the Engage Operations Manager serves as the overall supervisor of engagement operations supporting the Web Support Program.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supervises engagement efforts supporting web-based information operations, ensuring program adherence to customer guidance, program quality standards, and cultural sensitivities. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technical and content developments.
    • Monitors the status and growth of information communication technologies to make recommendations for technological changes or improvements to the program.
    • Captures lessons learned and best practices and supports efforts to apply best practices across related program efforts.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline is required.
    • Masters' degree or the equivalent of education, training, and work/military experience is preferred.
    • PMP certification is preferred.

    Qualifications

    • Requires 10-12 years of related experience, including supervisory experience and experience coordinating engagements with foreign audiences to counter violent extremism.
    • Familiarity with PSYOP/MISO policy issues and practices is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with Combatant Command operational environments is preferred.
    • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment. 
    • Some evening or weekend work could be required.
