  • Job Description

    **Position requires an active in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**


    The Customer Relations SME personnel shall possess the following qualifications:

    1. Conduct a zero base review of all Corporate Learning Training Courses and provide oral and written feedback to Customer
    2. Identify all gaps in training and provide oral and written feedback to Customer
    3. Develop a mitigation plan to resolve the identified gaps in training and provide oral and written feedback to Customer
    4. Serve as a backup to the Communications Officer for the Customer Orientation course
    5. Conduct a needs assessment on existing training courses and potential new courses and meet with Customer and provide oral and written feedback on the findings
    6. Serve as the face of Corporate Learning Branch and meet customers/former students for customer outreach, feedback, potential new training topics, and new guest speakers
    7. Work with the training developers and other functional specialists throughout the training product development and delivery stages regarding integration of changes based on the needs assessement(s)
    8. Participates in special projects as required


    Bachelors Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.


    8-10 years of related experience supporting military operations.


    1. Experience supporting the facilitation and administration of training classes held at the CLB training facility and overall responsibility for scheduling and supporting all customer who take NRO security training. 
    2. Experience as a team lead for contractor personnel. 
    3. Exceptional customer skills
    4. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop/create innovative solutions
    5. Database data entry skills;
    6. Ability to learn various databases during performance of the contract
    7. Prioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management skills.
    8. Demonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office Suite
    9. Demonstrated customer service and telephone skills;
    10. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
