GDIT is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who can provide strategic business partner guidance to senior leaders, and ensure organizational effectiveness through strong partnerships with the Health Civilian Solutions Division. This position will provide HR Business Partner support to drive overall organizational effectiveness, in the areas of workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, culture strategies, and change and transformation leadership.
The ideal candidate will build effective, trusting business relationships and partnerships across the organization to support the implementation of plans supporting the company's strategic business direction and in alignment with GDIT’s core values. The Senior HR Business Partner will handle responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Bachelors Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience
Professional Certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred.
