Job Description

Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel.


  1. Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
  2.  Supports staff in identifying course content and objectives for learners, staff, and others.
  3. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
  4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
  5. Maintains records of testing activities.
  6. Coaches Learners on best methodologies related to adult learning.
  7. Schedules testing and training activities and communicates with participants as required.
  8. Updates course, training program, and testing program documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
  9. Works with coordinating deliverables from course developers and quality control staff.
  10. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  11. Participates in special projects as required.


Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.




2-5 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.


  1. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs.
  2. Knowledge of relevant technologies as required.
  3. Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.


Preferred skills:

  1. Demonstrated skills in developing training courses and courseware
  2. Familiarization with training content development software (i.e., Articulate, Captivate)
  3. Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (i.e., Blackboard, Moodle, etc.)
  4. Experience in Foreign Language Training
  5. Experience in Foreign Language Testing

Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Project
