Job Description

This position requires an active TS/SCI  clearance.

  • Manage and sync executive level calendars across numerous computer systems. 
  • Provide general administrative support to program management office.
  • Responsible for completion and submission of travel and expense reports.
  • Processes labor corrections. May collects and inputs timesheet information into automated accounting system. 
  • Attends meetings, documents meeting actions, and sends follow-up on actions.
  • Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, answering phones, filing,  in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.
  • Serve as primary database editor, performing heavy data entry updates. Responsible for maintaining and updating approximately 35+ required security and personnel data fields per sponsored staff member.
  • Run inquiries, provide quality control, and develop reports from databases.
  • Research and retrieve information from databases and other resources.
  • Serve as primary interface with the Government.
  • Interact weekly with program managers, resource managers, and subcontracts representatives to track new employees as well as departing program staff.
  • Work regularly with security staff and systems administrators to obtain clearance status and email account status.
  • Experience working independently and managing multiple tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Participates in special projects as required.


Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.


3-5 years of related administrative experience.

  • Strong administrative background
  • Experience using computer systems in a classified environment
  • Understanding of protection of PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
  • Experience working within databases
  • Knowledge and understanding using customer and corporate databases
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Desired skills:
  • Knowledge or experience in personnel security
