Mailbox Administration Level 2 Support
Support various messaging solutions, along with solutions supporting the messaging infrastructure.Help make strategic decisions for the ongoing development of the messaging infrastructure. Superior troubleshooting skills in a complex environment, and be able to maintain good relationships with the team and our clients. Working knowledge of Windows server environment, hardening and security for Windows servers, mobile device management and Internet security technologies (PKI, IIS (OWA), firewall, proxy server, load balancers, and routers).
Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
2-5 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.
