Job Description

Designs and develops multimedia applications, systems and products.




1. Designs and develops multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing such as computer-based systems for personal computers or CD-ROM applications.


2. Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animation, text, and sound.


3. Works from concept drawings, sketches, models, and/or written and verbal instructions.


4. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.


5. Participates in special projects as required.


Bachelors Degree in commercial art, fine art, or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.


2-5 years of related multimedia design experience.


Required Experience Skillsets:

  1. Must have working knowledge of ICW design and strategy, including SCORM methodology.
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Expert in Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, Photoshop CS4 Extended, and Illustrator CS4
  4. Must have functional knowledge and experience working in a SharePoint environment
  5. Must have ability to interact with peers, management, and military leadership, and translate meetings into understandable, meaningful documentation.
  6. Must have experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
  7. Must have the ability to self-start, self-manage, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Must hold a SECRET clearance
