Perform as a key member of management team responsible for meeting cost; schedule and quality requirements of large; multi-year infrastructure deployment and support programs
In addition to experience performing the job responsibilities outlined above; the following experience is strongly preferred. *Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading performance on large contracts or programs supporting DHS *Must exhibit the qualities of a successful business leader; including but not limited to: corporate/strategic vision; collaborative behavior; strong organizational and analysis/decision-making skills; strong financial and resource management skills; with demonstrated ability to manage other leaders. * Requires technical background and highly developed communications skills to produce and deliver executive-level reports and briefings. *Demonstrated experience successfully managing the delivery or oversight of IT Enterprise-wide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services in the DHS Community. * Demonstrated experience with a Managed Services business model. * Demonstrated experience with incentive-based contract vehicles. * Demonstrated experience with T&M. Cost Plus; and Firm Fixed Price contracts to LOE and Profitability targets
